Vodacom Lesotho is seeking Business Analyst within Billing and IT Department. The Business Analyst is responsible for liaising with VCL divisions, understanding their processes and objectives, eliciting requirements for automation, developing a user requirements specification, assisting in the development of the solution, leading the testing of the solution, providing end-user training, and assisting in the deployment of the solution.
Key deliverables:
· Continuously liaise with VCL divisions in order to gain an in-depth understanding of their functional processes and objectives.
· Update processes as and when necessary. Continuously strive to identify areas of improvement on all processes.
· Analyse all requirements for appropriateness with regards to feasibility, cost, effort, and degree to which is meets a business problem or opportunity, and advise accordingly.
· Lead the testing of solutions against the User Requirements Specification and develop the User Acceptance Testing Report for all tested solutions.
· Develop and/or review training material to ensure suitability for target group and provide refresher training on solutions.

Qualifications and Experience
· A degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
· Experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage
