Enterprises invites applications from suitably qualified
candidates for the following vacant position;
Executive Head Finance & Administration
The incumbent will be a Strategic thought partner,
and will report to the Chief Executive Officer. He/ She
will lead and develop an internal team to support
the following areas; Finance, Administration, Human
Resources and Supply Chain
.
Duties/Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
• Oversight of the performance of the Corporation
against the Budget throughout the year.
• Preparation of written reports of activities and
financial position of the Corporation for discussion
and presentation to the Board.
• Management and Sourcing of Funding for the
Corporation.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process,
by liaising with external auditors and Finance
Committee of the Board.
• Ensure that the financial data and cash fl ow are
steady and support operational requirements.
• Identify the operational and Financial Risk.
• Oversee all Administration, Human Resource and
Supply Chain functions of the Corporation to
ensure efficient and consistent operations as the
Corporation scales.
Qualifications and Experience
CA/CIMA/ACCA and must be a member of Lesotho
Institute of Accountants, plus 3years relevant experience
in a Managerial position OR BCOM with at least 7years
relevant experience in a Managerial Position.
