A locally based Advertising agency is looking for a suitable candidate to fill in a position of Office Administrator. 
Job Title: Office Administrator 
Location: Maseru
Contract Description: Contractual Base 
Job Purpose: To administer day to day office operations and to update content on social media pages that the company manages.
Job Responsibilities
Maintaining communication with company clients
Monitoring office supplies
Scheduling Meetings and appointments for managerial staff
Updating content on social media platforms that the company administers for various clients
Compiling status reports
Skills and Attributes
Our ideal candidate must be a self-motivated overachiever with a strong desire to succeed.
Other requirements include:
A Degree or 3 year National Diploma in Management Studies or relevant field.
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person”).
Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.
Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Highly disciplined, independent, entrepreneurial, confident, well organized self- starter.
Team oriented, adaptable, coachable, dependable, with a strong work ethic.
