Lesotho National Development Corporation hereby invites Technical & Financial proposals from the team of Consultants, led by Architect or other professional with proven relevant experience of Basotho with a minimum shareholding of 51%, to conduct a feasibility for the validation of the cost of building factory shells at LNDC and Design of a new Cost Effective Model of a Factory Shell that could be adopted as a prototype design of factory shells for the future developments of industrial buildings for the Corporation.
