The above Temporary position exists in the Brewing Department within Technical. The position provides opportunity for a young and talented individual who wishes to develop a career in this exciting industry as a Temporary Brewing Attendant
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB.
The primary purpose of the job assist in the safe operation of brewing plant and equipment to produce a consistent product of the right quality at optimum cost.
KEY RESULT AREAS & OUTPUTS
ASSIST WITH OPERATING PLANT AND EQUIPMENT
Assist with preparing for plant start up
Assist with starting up the plant
Assist with running the plant
Assist with shutting down the plant
Execute cleaning
Assist with ensuring plant is in working order
Tanks Cleaned as per instructions.
Filtration Slurries made up.
Filter washed out adequately.
Dosing pots charged and materials supplied
Unitanks and BBT’s cleaned and sterilized.
SV’s connections correctly performed.
No air in system and negative micro achieved
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Monitor process performance
Measure and record performance attributes
Monitor and evaluate trends
assure quality of inputs
Initiate corrective action
Work in teams
Communicate effectively in the workplace
Contribute to self and team development
Manufacturing Way
Ensure general production housekeeping
Health , Safety and Environment
Adherence to PPE policy and identification of unsafe practices
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
C.O.S.C or equivalent.
A working experience in FMCG Company will be an added advantage.
