SENIOR FINANCIAL MANAGER
The Rosehip Company (PTY) Ltd is looking for a senior accountant to fulfill the position of Financial manager.
PRIMARY PURPOSE
The primary purpose of the position is to head the Finance and Accounting department.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Valid driver’s license.
35 years of age or older.
Minimum 6 years work experience in a similar position.
Fluent in English.
Extensive computer skills including Pastel software.
EXPECTATIONS
It is expected that the applicant possess extensive knowledge and experience in the financial management and reporting of a company.
The applicant will be responsible for the financial planning including cashflows.
He/She will also be responsible for being compliant with LRA regulations and providing monthly financial reports.
The applicant will be responsible for the day to day supervision of expenses and cash management strategies.
Absolute neatness and a willingness to provide perfect work will be of utmost importance.
The applicant will be required to work with his team of junior staff and will be fully and independently in charge of them. Therefor good leadership skills are not negotiable.
It would be important that the applicant be able to work unsupervised and independently.
