IT Support Technician
Job Purpose
IT Support Technician is responsible in providing computer support internally to organizational employees and responsible for maintaining the organization’s computer use and equipment. His/her duties can include troubleshooting to detect and solve technical problems, installing or updating required hardware and software and recommending computer products or equipment to improve productivity.
Qualifications and Skills required:
Diploma in IT or equivalent from a reputable institution of higher learning
2 years’ working experience with credible organization
Good understanding of software’s and different programming languages
Good understanding of different systems
