through its commitment to improving the health of poor and marginalized communities, seeks to appoint
individuals in Lesotho, who can adhere to principles based on both solidarity and charity.
Monitoring & Evaluation Data Manager Ref: Q-P41-01
Qualifications: Degree in Monitoring and evaluation and/or related field.
Abilities and Experience: Proven ability to exercise good judgement and diplomacy, experience in programmatic health
management systems, strong critical analysis and data analysis skills, ability to work under pressure, manage and supervise
junior personnel and meet deadlines. Prior experience , of 3 years or more, in data management.
Responsibilities include: Analysing, documenting and improving clinic operational workflows, conducting regular multi -day
monitoring and data validation visits to all sites, designing, supplementing and/or improving new & existing data collection &
filing systems. Improving efficiency and ease of reporting data, mentoring, training and supporting staff at all sites, monitoring
the defaulter tracking system.
Accountant Ref: Q-P41-02
Qualifications: BCom Accounting or equivalent
Abilities and Experience: Ability to maintain confidentiality of all accounting activities, excellent accounting skills, integrity
& honesty. Prior experience of 3 years or more, multinational organization’s experience will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities include: Administering bank, accounts receivable and accounts payable, assisting with any external audits,
conducting spot checks , inspections and internal audits, ensuring that funding terms and
conditions of donors supporting the organization ‘s operations in Lesotho are fulfilled, managing banking and
taxation activities, managing documentation from the Procurement Division.
Assistant Accountant Ref: Q-P41-03
Qualifications: Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) - minimum
Abilities and Experience: Ability to maintain confidentiality of all accounting activities, excellent accounting skills , integrity
& honesty. Prior experience of 3 years or more in the bookkeeping field is essential.
Responsibilities include: Administering petty cash disbursements and liquidations, assisting with monthly internal audits to
assure proper documentation of expenditure records, maintaining financial records and sourcing documents, maintaining
fixed asset and inventory register.
