LNDC seeks an experienced individual in
property management and leasing to join its
vibrant property management team as Leasing
Officer. The successful candidate will report to
the Property Maintenance Manager.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The purpose of this job is to provide leasing
services to the LNDC’s real estate portfolio
through the execution of the marketing and
leasing strategy to ensure maximum occupancy
at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To screen incoming leasing inquiries and
broker calls and supply property information,
show (tour) lease space, and quote lease rates.
• To draft and negotiate leases, renewals, and
expansions.
• To maintain and update Weekly Leasing
Activity and prospect tracking "traffic" reports,
as requested.
• To coordinate space planning and construction
documents for prospective tenants.
• To develop and implement broker incentives
to drive occupancy.
• To conduct Competitive Property Surveys
annually.
• To prepare rent rolls for purposes of credit
control.
• Monitor tenant information and input same
into the system.
• Regular inspection of properties within estates
and residential flats & houses.
• To respond to complaints or enquiries from
tenants relating to the leased properties.
• Responsible for the real estate marketing
related activities.
• Develop marketing materials such as flyers,
brochures and mailers and update as
necessary.
• Coordinate property and suite specific
signage.
• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing and
promotional events
REPORTING CHANNELS
The incumbent to this position will report to the
Manager Property Maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Property, Marketing
or similar degree and/or equivalent work
experience.
• 3 Years relevant experience
