in Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland providing management development through Training,
Research and Consultancy. IDM now wishes to appoint highly motivated individuals to fill
the following position:
SENIOR LECTURER/CONSULTANT - HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT &
ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
The key Performance Areas and Responsibilities are:
• Design, Delivery and Evaluation of Training programmes
• Manage HR & OD Consultancies and Research
• Manage HR & OD course administration, Moderation & Assessment
• Marketing of IDM products and services & Customer Relations
• Compliance with IDM Policies and Systems.
The position calls for an individual with the following qualifications and experience:
• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Organisational Development.
• Master’s Degree in Management.
• Strong background in Strategic Management and Planning will be an added
advantage.
• Three (3) years’ experience in teaching environment or senior management
position.
