MANAGER BRANCH BANKING
First National Bank of Lesotho Limited (FNBL) a
highly recognized financial services provider in
Lesotho seeks to employ a proactive, innovative,
self driven and highly motivated Mosotho
to occupy the position of MANAGER BRANCH
BANKING.
JOB PURPOSE
To direct and manage the Branch’s and Areas’
resources, in line with the Bank’s short and long
term plan, policies and values with a view to
generating the highest return on sales revenue,
in line with the bank’s Strategy . To assist the
Retail Head and the branches to attain Sales and
Product Mix targets.
Key Responsibilities;
a) Achievement of net profit growth for the
business
b) Establish, align and manage target and
budget goals whilst ensuring effective control
of costs
c) Ensure deliverance of exceptional service
that exceeds customer expectations through
proactive, innovative and appropriate
solutions
d) Managing branches and grow portfolio
through strategic interventions
e) Manage the growth of customer account
base to increase client base
f ) Track, control and influence sales activities
with the specific aim to achieve previously
determined sales team targets
g) Translate strategies into actionable goals
and execute relevant projects or initiatives
aligned to strategic objectives with specific
performance measures and control systems
to track progress
h) Research market positioning and develop and
optimise market intelligence, new business
management, advances and management
reporting.
i) Plan and execute campaigns successfully and
on schedule. Set standards and benchmarks
for measuring successful campaign execution.
j) Monitor costs/benefi ts per campaign/
channel. Maintain operational accountability
for all campaign execution
k) Provide accurate and reliable sales statistics
obtained from the sales members and
compile sales reports and dashboards.
l) Plan and manage performance, skills
development and talent in order to achieve
efficiencies and increase competencies.
m) Responsible to attain acceptable audit
reports for Branch network
Qualifications and Other Requirements;
• Minimum Qualifications: An appropriate
business degree
• Minimum of 3 years management/leadership
experience and/or previous experience in the
Financial Industry.
