Position: Campaigns Mobilisation Manager

Salary: £45,489 per annum

A career opportunity has arrived with ActionAid International for a Campaigns Mobilisation Manager to lead our online and offline campaign mobilisation strategies to help win change on our ambitious and bold campaigning agenda. As Campaigns Mobilisation Manager you will support ActionAid Federation countries and strategic members around the world to build their supporter bases by developing compelling and innovative online and offline supporter mobilisation plans. Importantly you will ensure we engage youth audiences in all our multi-country campaigns.
The ideal candidate must have; a relevant degree or equivalent experience and have excellent written and spoken English. You will have substantial campaigning experience, ideally on an international level and gained in implementation and strategic roles. You will have been involved in developing and implementing marketing, behaviour and policy change or political campaign communications strategies. In addition you will have managed international public mobilisation or engagement initiatives both online and offline. An effective manager, you can communicate at all levels and enjoy working in a collaborative way in a multi-cultural context. You must also be able to demonstrate knowledge of human rights and women’s rights issues, as well as development debates and relevant international institutions and processes.
