hotel operations from at least 3 establishments, with international experience,
hotel finances and logistical experience in a remote location.
2. AGM with min 5 yrs. Back & Front Office experience in 5* hotel operations, with
international experience and hospitality finances and accounting from at least
2 establishments.
3. Executive Chef with relevant international qualifications and at least 5 years’
senior experience in a 5* remote setting. Also required is a broad knowledge of
international cuisine and dealing with international guest, a la carte and table
d’Hote”
4. A Snr. sous chef with a 3 years’ broad knowledge of international cuisine and
dealing with international guest, a la carte and table d’Hote”
