PROJECT TECHNICIAN WANTED AT SANDVIK

Project Technician

The role

The purpose of the role is to perform pre delivery inspections at Jet Park and commissioning of assets at customer sites including working on Projects, providing technical support to Jet Park workshops as required.

Competencies:

• Knowledge of the practices, tasks, and tools associated with providing service and support to key customers.
• Knowledge of Sandviks's products and services
• Ability to apply quality management methods and practices
• Ability to utilize assigned resources and leverage on back-channel resources
• Ability to create, monitor, and maintain project plans.
• Ability to adhere to relevant project management standards and reporting requirements
• Ability to apply project management skills and principles.

Your profile

• Matric
• Trade qualification
• Knowledge of Sandvik Databases will be advantageous
• Valid drivers license
• Certified Medically fit to work underground

Other Information:

• This position will require extensive travelling, living and working occasional unplanned overtime.
