Basotho Enterprises Development Corporation (BEDCO) which renders assistance to indigenous small scale Enterprises invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following vacant position;
Executive Head Infrastructure
The incumbent will be a Strategic partner in all areas of property Management and development, and will report to the Chief Executive Officer. He/ She will ensure that there are facilities for the Corporation and enterprise development.
Duties/Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
Ensure that the Corporations property is soundly managed and performs at its optimum level.
Ensure that the Corporations property is well maintained and tenants are satisfied.
Identify new sites for development; make recommendations of acquisition and assist in seeking funding for development.
Ensure that all existing infrastructure as well as newly developed projects comply with local and International Environmental standards and laws.
Preparation of written reports of Estates activities as well as the position of the Corporations property for discussion and presentation to the Board and Corporations management.
Being abreast of property management and other real estate related market standards, laws impacting department and business practices policies and procedures.
Ensure that all infrastructure projects comply with the national, international environmental principles and laws.
Pro – active Identification of the risks related to Infrastructure and advises both the Board and Management on appropriate actions to take.
Oversee all Management and development of new and existing Estates and maintenance thereof as well as of ICT and wood work workshop activities to ensure efficient and consistent operations as the Corporation scales.

Qualifications and Experience
Post Graduate Degree/ Degree in Property Management / Real Estate Management/ Civil Engineering / Construction Management. Plus a minimum of 3 years relevant experience at a managerial level.
