LALIBELA GAME RESERVE AND SAFARI LODGE, located in the Eastern Cape, close to Port Elizabeth, Addo and Grahamstown is looking for a
LODGE MANAGER:
The main responsibility of a Lodge manager is to oversee the organised and profitable operation of a lodge. Ensuring that guests are satisfied and receive the best service at all times and ensuring that staff are effectively managed to achieve and deliver 5 star service.
Minimum Skills Required:
- A degree or Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality
- RSA Drivers license with PDP
- At least 3 years experience in hospitality and / Tourism
- At least 2 years Management experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Sound Communication skills
- Good Administration skills
The successful candidate will;
- have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be self motivated
- Have the ability to stay positive and effective under adverse conditions
- Be proactive
- Have a passion for wildlife and the outdoors
- Have sound management skill
