HUMAN RESOURCE CLERK
To provide comprehensive support to line managers and staff by developing
key relationships, understanding business and priorities, providing
professional advice on human resources policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Personnel record keeping for all employees.
• Payroll administration – timeous admission of information to payroll for
processing.
• Reporting on Health and Safety.
• Employee benefits assistance and administration.
• Reports on Injury on duty.
• IR assistance – interpretation during employee hearing and enquiries.
• Employee wellbeing.
The minimum requirements for this position are:
• COSC and studying towards a Human Resources related qualification.
• At least 3 to 5 years experience in a Human Resources environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills coupled with self
confidence.
• Computer skills including proficiency with spreadsheets and word
processing.
• Time management skills.
• Ambitious and willing to learn.
