JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for all marketing and sales operations
that fall under Readymix Concrete, Bricks and
Paving. The incumbent will be responsible for
accomplishing business development activities
by researching and developing marketing
opportunities and plans as well as implementing
sales plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
oPresent company products and services to
current and potential clients
oMeet marketing and sales financial objectives by
forecasting requirements; preparing budgets;
scheduling expenditures; analysing variances
and initiating corrective actions
oProject expected sales volumes and profit for
existing and new products; analysing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices as well as monitoring competition, supply and demand of the products
oFollow up on new leads and referrals resulting
from field activity
oPlan, develop and implement advertising and promotion programs and develop field sales action plans to accomplish marketing and sales
objectives
oIdentify sales prospects and maintain contacts with them
oImprove product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalising on market opportunities; improving product
packaging and coordinating new product development
oSustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities
oIdentify and resolve clients’ concerns
oParticipate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows etc....
