Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Menu designing for the restaurant and conferences
•Purchasing of stock
•Waste management
•Stock counting
•Training in the Food and Beverage department
•Good customer relations
•Do Monthly reports on F&B to the GM
•Adhere to the company policies
Experience and Skills:
•Three (3) years’ experience
•Be able to handle conflict between staff
•Computer skills
•Be adaptable
Qualifications (academic):
•Hospitality management
•Customer Service
•Professional Chef
•Management on Staff
•Menu Designing
•Training of Staff
•Menu designing for the restaurant and conferences
