Position: SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Azania ml is looking for a sales representative in Maseru
Responsibilities:
• Find new clients for Azania and give them good deals
• Give clients cost estimates for products or services
• Explain the benefits and or proper usage of products
• Keep records of all existing and potential clients including payment records and updating clients database
• Prepare and make presentations and or demonstrations to clients
• Assist clients in recommending the appropriate products for their required purpose
• Offer appropriate discounts to clients so as to retain their loyalty and to attract new ones
• Keep management informed by submitting work plan, activity and results reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Study the existing and potential competition and gather information on products, new products pricing etc
• Deliver product samples to clients for approval
• Resolves customer complaints by attending to their complaints, investigating the problem, finding solutions and making recommendations to management
• Making quotations, invoices and delivery notes for clients
Requirements:
• A valid driver`s license
• A minimum of diploma in Marketing, or a diploma in a Business related field
• Atleast a 2 year driving experience
• Good communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to close/seal a deal
• Computer literacy
