Field Service Area Manager
The role
To manage the service of mining equipment and maintenance contracts and to meet the required company targets, through:
- Effective operations & resource availability
- Cost Effectiveness
- Customer Relations
- Effective subordinates
This service is rendered to Sandvik Mining internal and external clients, on and off site according to maintenance contract and customer’s requirements.
Your profile
- Grade 12/High School Diploma
- Certificate of Competence in Basic Financial Principles/business management
- 5 Years Technical trade experience
- 3 Years Management/Supervisory experience
- Intermediate Computer Literacy
- English proficiency
- Code B licence
- Physical & Medical ability to function in an underground mining environment
- Trade Certificate (section13)
- Extensive experience in trackless underground/surface mining environment
- Entrepreneurial business experience
- May be required to travel
