Positions: Front Office Manager
Educational Requirements:
Relevant Hotel School Qualification is a strong advantage and preferably Degree / Diploma with relevant experience

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years working in Front Office Supervisory Position
Experience in Hotel reservations 
Knowledge of Front Office SOP’s

Computer Packages / In house systems
A working knowledge of Microsoft Products will be an advantage
Ms Word, Ms Excel, Email, POS knowledge
Fidelio, Micros or Protel Knowledge is essential
