STORE MANAGER – INSTYLE HOMES 

The Store Manager shall perform the following duties: 
• Managing all store operational issues, which include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes; 
• Handling sales matters, reaching sales targets and increasing profits;
• Developing and executing marketing strategies; 
• Proposing and implementing promotions and specials;
• Ensuring interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standards;
• Doing merchandising; overseeing stock control, ensuring quality is of the right standard, supplies are re-ordered in time and adequate store supplies are maintained;
• Keeping abreast of stocks and merchandise levels;
• Staff management, including interviewing and recruiting, supervising and organising trainings, evaluating and counseling store employees. Schedule, organize and direct assignments;
• Develop and implement employee performance evaluations and improvement plans;
• Keeping the store in line with Health and Safety regulations;
• Developing and Managing the shops security policies;
• Maintaining the budgets and expenditure;
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that the employees also provide the same level of service;
• Dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints by determining optimal solutions;
• Attending sales meetings;
• Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to bank;
• Execute and monitor loss prevention and shrink programs;
• Conduct regular store meetings;
• Preparing periodic reports;
