We are now recruiting a Campaigns Communications & Planning Coordinator to ensure integrated communication and campaign planning & coordination across the Federation.
 
As Campaigns Communications & Planning Coordinator you will work closely with internal stakeholders to help develop communication and campaigns plans assist our campaigning, advocacy, fundraising and other goals. You will support brand integration and development across digital, content and media channels as well as identify opportunities to improve ways of working across the Federation. Important too will be the ability to bring a level of strategic thinking to the delivery of campaigning and influencing planning. We will look to you to provide advice and project manage activities, coordinating resources and controlling budgets. You will also monitor effectiveness and share learning with stakeholders
 
You must have a relevant degree (social science/arts/humanities) and ideally a qualification relating to PR and communications. You will have experience of public campaigning and supporting the creation of communications and campaigns policies and tools as well as a shared learning programme. You must have been involved in organising and coordinating priorities, including creating processes and tools to support effective planning. Having worked in communication/campaign teams you will have a good understanding of campaigns, media, digital, brand or content. An effective communicator, you are good at managing budgets, overseeing stakeholder relationships and skilled at networking. You must also be able to demonstrate knowledge of human rights and women’s rights issues.
