ADVERTISMENT TO HIRE A DATA VERIFIER FOR LERIBE

Lesotho Maternal and Neonatal Health Performance Based Financing (PBF) Project

Medical Care Development International is employing a Mosotho Professional Nurse with experience in Community Health to act as one of its Data Verifiers in Leribe District. 

Major activities include: 

1. Lead the strengthening the capacities of Leribe District, local stakeholders and Health Facilities Leribe to undertake their PBF roles.

2. Lead the support to District and Health Facilities to sign their PBF Contracts.

3. Implement the ex-ante verification of PBF invoices (quality and quantity) in Leribe.

4. Assist in ex-post verification (Community Client Satisfaction Surveys) Quality Assessment in Leribe.

5. Monitor project’s implementation at the District and heath facility levels

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse-Midwife, with Degree in Nursing preferably Community/Public Health.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising and supporting and/or Primary Health Care Programmes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
• Proficient in English and Sesotho.

Compensation and Type of Contract

MCDI will offer a full time one-year employment contract, renewable annually (based on performance and availability of funding).
