Location: Blue Ribbon Lesotho

Reporting to:Bakery Manager

Purpose of the job:To ensure the delivery of Premier products is made on time and in full every day.

Responsibilities:
Route Plans
Driver Debriefing Process
Reports
Service Level 4
Service Plans / COF/ Licensing
Fleet Management
Supervised Staff
Expense Tracking

Qualifications:
Matric
Technical background and / or Qualified Diesel Mechanic

Experience:
At least 2 years supervisory/ managerial experience

Competencies (knowledge, skills and attributes):
Brand into awareness minds and hearts
To become a reliable distributer
To deliver the whole basket of Premier products
Asset management
Develop the value chain
Develop the supply chain
Maximise customer service levels on master and dynamic
Labour management/ Industrial Relations
Manage service providers
