Payroll, Benefits and Administrative Consultant: Head Office
To report to: Head of Human Resources
Purpose of the job: To consult to staff and other stakeholders on employee benefits, policies, processes, and procedures. To receive and action staff queries and requests, accurately maintain staff members' information on payroll and staff HR System, and accurately process payroll. Responsible for Employee Wellbeing Programme, documentation flow through the HR Department, and office administration.
Required Outputs: Prepare annual planning for payroll cutsoff and pay run dates • Accurately capture staff information into agreed payroll systems and process payroll within set timelines • Staff, vendor and other stakeholders consultation on payroll and on other administrative functions • Coordinate Employee Wellbeing Programme • Performance of office administration and work process.
Qualifications and Experience: Minimum Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting/Certified Accounting Technician.
Preffered Qualifications: B comm. Accounting/General Accountant. Certification in payroll management/employee benefits management will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years experience in benefits consulting and payroll. Exposure to at least one payroll software will be an added advantage.
