Job Offer: Nedbank Lesotho Limited
Learning and Development Manager: Head Office
To report to: Head of Human Resources
Purpose of the job: To manage the Learning and Development (L&D) function efficiently and effectively by providing learning and development solutions which will enable staff to meet business objectives and build future capacity within the bank.
Required Outputs: Compile and seek approval for L&D plan • Implemt L&D plan • Partner and consult key stakeholders on L&D services • Produce accurate L&D reports • Effective measurement of L&D solutions • Effective risk management on L&D associated risks.
Qualifications and Experience: HRD/HR/Industrial Psychology Degree or any related field • 5 years experience in HOUR particularly in Learning and Development, and as a Trainer with thorough knowledge of banking. Should have worked in various technical banking roles.
Technical Competencies: Knowledge and understanding of banking • Written and verbal communication skills • Presentation skills • Facilitation skills • Change management • Knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to L&D. • Knowledge of L&D process • Business acumen • Computer literacy (competent in the use of spreadsheet, word processing, PowerPoint, emails and relevant software).
