JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of Human Resources Officer, the incumbent implements Human Resources guidelines, processes and procedures to ensure smooth Human Resource activities.

MAIN DUTIES
1. Recruitment and Selection
1.1. Verifies vacant positions in accordance with manpower plan
1.2. Arranges funding of positions to enable filling in line with operational needs.
1.3. Prepares appropriate documentation to advertise the positions.
1.4. Screens applications and draws shortlist.
2. Handles administration of salaries and benefits
2.1. Checks the payroll to determine appropriateness of salaries.
2.2. Administers effective payment of allowances and benefits.
3. Processes Human Resource Management Decision.
3.1. Drafts proposals to take action on Human Resource Management decisions.
3.2. Processes submissions in accordance with established HR procedures.
3.3. Organizes activities relating to staff welfare, health and safety in the workplace. and social responsibility.
