The Institute of Development Management (IDM) is a regional organization, with campuses in
Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland providing management development through Training, Researchand Consultancy. IDM now wishes to appoint highly motivated individuals to fill the following
position:
SENIOR LECTURER/CONSULTANT - HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT & ORGANISATIONAL
DEVELOPMENT
The key Performance Areas and Responsibilities are:
• Design, Delivery and Evaluation of Training programmes.
• Manage HR & OD Consultancies and Research
• Manage HR & OD course administration, Moderation & Assessment
• Marketing of IDM products and services & Customer Relations
• Compliance with IDM Policies and Systems.
The position calls for an individual with the following qualifications and experience:
• Masters Degree in Organisational Development
or
• Masters Degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology
• Strong background in Strategic Management and Planning
• HR background from junior degree level will be an added advantage
• Three (3) years’ experience in training and consultancy environment
