Position: Deputy Gm
1. Qualifications needed:
• Hotel School Qualification from a reputable institution
• Minimum Diploma with relevant / enough experience.
2. Experience and skills needed
• Full hotel operation Experience
• Minimum 5-8 years’ Experience General Managerial / Supervision Position.
• Knowledge of the Industry standard SOPs
3. Computer Packages / In house systems
• MS Excel
• MS Word
• Internet / Email
• Knowledge of Pastel Package
• Knowledge of POS System is Essential
4. Special Requirements
• Deadline driven
• Strong administrative skills
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Accurate Data capturing
• Honesty
• Flexible work hours
• Assertive and resilient
• Must have own vehicle & Laptop
