The NEPAD Planning and Coordinating Agency invites applicants who are citizens of African Union Member States for the post ofProgramme Officer: Science, Technology and Innovation.
Under the supervision of the Head, NEPAD Science, Technology and Innovation Hub (NSTIH) of the NEPAD Planning and Coordinating Agency (NPCA) or his/her delegate, the Programme Officer: Science, Technology and Innovation will generate evidence that will be used by policy makers and other stakeholders in Africa to make informed choices as to how they should harness emerging technologies for development. S/he will be responsible for conducting background studies on technology acquisition, regulatory requirements and policy demands for emerging technologies for economic development.
