Professional Counsellors x10 (Door to Door)

POSITION SUMMARY

To ensure Door to Door HTS in the maintenance districts in line with the set targets.

Lay Counsellors x48 (Door to Door)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direct supervision of the Professional Counselor, the Lay Counselor will be responsible for the following duties:

Conduct workplace and community combination HIV prevention initiatives including STI’s, TB, HTS, risk reduction counseling, screening and referrals.

District Community Coordinator x10 (Door to Door)
Duties and Responsibilities

Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with the MOH, MOSD, MOLGC, DHMTs to ensure that LENASO’s programmes are implemented within the framework of the Gateway Approach.
Liaise with Ministry of Health Officials, District Health Management Teams and other counterparts in the development and finalization of community referral tool and ensure its effective implementation in the communities.

HTS Events Coordinator X2 (Tertiary)
The HTS Events Program is responsible for supporting organization in planning, organizing and implementing the planned activities for different cadres of the community meant in order to create demand for uptake of HTS in the five maintenance districts at communities, workplace, congregations and tertiary institutions. The PC shall work with and under the direction of the District Community Coordinator to support the success of the whole project in the mentioned districts. This position requires readiness to work during the weekends wherever there is a need.

HTS Program Coordinator (HTS at Congregation and workplace)
The HTS Program Coordinator – Tertiary is responsible for supporting the organization in planning, organizing and implementation of the planned activities meant to mobilize tertiary community for uptake of HTS in all tertiary institutions of Lesotho. The PC shall work with and under the direction of the Program Manager to support the success of the whole project in the tertiary institutions. This position requires readiness to work during the weekends wherever there is a need.

HTS Coordinator Door to door (1)
POSITION SUMMARY

The HTS Programs Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organization in planning, executing, and implementing of Door to Door project in the five maintenance districts. The PC works with and under the direction of the Program Manager to support the success of the whole project in the communities.

Data Officer x6 (Door to Door)
POSITION SUMMARY

Keeps track of received data and source documents.
Prepares and sorts source documents, and identifies and interprets data to be entered.
Contacts preparers of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
Data entry on the database. Enters alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen, and enters necessary codes.
Confirms accuracy of data such as course numbers, days, dates, times, locations and instructors.
Compares data entered with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors.
Reviews and makes necessary corrections to information entered.
Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered.
Perform other job related duties as assigned.

Finance Officer (Door to Door) 
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that all expenditures are validated as per the approved procedures. Ensure conformity of justifications/accountability. Non submission/liquidation of OAs by Fridays.
Encode transactions in the Pastel accounting software on weekly basis.
Update the cashbooks on weekly basis.
Ensure all liquidations procedures are followed and all advances are liquidated by Friday.
Ensure proper filling of documents at all times and that all supporting documents are filled as agreed with the finance manager.
Ensure all suppliers are paid on time.
Assist the finance manager in preparation of forecast/projections for the month for each project.
Ensure completion of required accounting documents for submission to donor with support and guidance of the finance manager.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for all LENASO accounts

M&E Officer (Door to Door)
POSITION SUMMARY
Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all project activities to the MER Manager.

Conduct capacity assessment on existing monitoring and evaluation system Develop indicators and a monitoring strategy for the project.
Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly, annual and other reports to MER Manager and LENASO.
Participate in annual project reviews and planning workshops and assist the MER Manager in preparing relevant reports.
Support monitoring and evaluation of the effects and impact of the project.
Assist in coordinating across the available components of the Project to ensure effective implementation of M&E/MIS.
Assist the project personnel with M&E tools and in supporting them in their use.
Perform other duties as required.
