The Government of Lesotho has secured funds from Global Fund (GF) to fight HIV and AIDS as well as TB and Malaria.
The Ministry of Health (MOH) has been selected as the major Sub Recipient to most of the signed grants between the Ministry of Finance and the Global Fund. To enable the Principal Recipient to discharge its mandate of coordinating MOH Global Fund supported activities effectively, workforce is required. The MOH therefore invites suitably qualifies candidates for the positions below:

Roles and Responsibilities
Data collection , handling, and collating
Ensure all data is collected using standard data element definitions and data collection tools
Collating and compilation of monthly reports
Timely submission of all reports to the district office according to the data flow guidelines
Update registers on daily basis according to the prescribed instructions
Daily receives and enter TB patient’s data in Laboratory System and/or TB laboratory register.
Ensure all data is correct, complete and consistent
Capture data with applicable softwares
Validate data through integrity checks
Ensure the safe storage and confidentiality of individual records / data
Requirements
Diploma in Statistics/Demography/ Data Management/ Information Management or related qualification on Clinical data.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in collection, capturing and handling of data.
Familiarity with the health services will be an added advantage:
