Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the above-mentioned position. The position will be on a three year performance based contract.The position is at the Head Office in Maseru. The incumbent will be responsible to the General Manager Engineering.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
BSc Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in a management course.
Five years experience in an electrical utility environment, of which 3 years must in a senior position.
Computer Literacy is essential

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Lesotho Nationals for the above-mentioned position. The position is in Maseru, LEC Headquarters. The incumbent will be responsible to the Remuneration and Benefits Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
Two years experience in remuneration and benefits issues.
Computer Literacy is essential, particularly Microsoft Excel.
