Employee Benefits Administrators x2
Metropolitan Lesotho is a subsidiary of the MMI Holdings Group. Its main business activities are concentrated on Individual life Insurance as well as Retirement Fund and Risk Administration for Corporate Clients. Metropolitan Lesotho is looking for 2 hardworking and committed individuals to fill the positions of EB Administrators in its Employee Benefits Division.
Key Performance Areas
1. Processing of all types of Retirement Fund claims (withdrawals/retirements/death
/funeral/disability).
2. Communicate and interact successfully with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Ensure that unclaimed and unpaid benefits payments are done on time, accurately.
4. Produce administration reports for client meetings.
5. Where required assist in presenting administration reports.
6. Prepare withdrawal and retirement quotes.
7. Ensure that all investment and disinvestment instructions are actioned timeously.
8. Ad hoc administration responsibilities as may be required from time to time.
Required Qualification and Knowledge
• A Bcomm degree. A COP or any insurance qualification would be an added advantage
• Experience working with or processing Employee Benefits claims would be an added advantage
Required Competencies, Skills and Abilities
• Strong and effective communication skills.
• Ability to analyse and resolve queries and to follow through on outstanding issues
• Very proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
• High level of integrity. Must be able to ensure the security and confidentiality of records and information.
• Good reporting and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Good time management skills.

• Should have sense of urgency and accountability.
• Should be business and customer orientated.
• Should be self-disciplined and able to pay attention to detail.
• Should be pro-active and flexible.
• Should be assertive.
• Should be a team player.
