The National University of Lesotho invites applications from suitably qualified Basotho Nationals for the following posts:
FACULTV OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY:
A. Post Nos. 1486 and 2160: Laboratory Technicians in the Department of Biology
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
Candidates must have a two year relevant post C.O.S.c. Diploma or equivalent qualification in laboratory science.
Duties:
• Work with lecturers in preparation for laboratory classes;
• Preparation of laboratories for biology practical classes;
• Cleaning up of laboratories after practical classes;
• Maintenance of animal and plant collections;
• Keeping inventory of materials;
• Ordering of supplies;
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department.
Remuneration:
The University offers salaries and other benefits commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Employment type:
Permanent and pensionable/gratuitable.
