Lesotho Communications Authority (LCA) is the regulatory body for the communications sector in Lesotho. LCA invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Compliance Officer.
This position requires a high calibre candidate who is conversant with the latest developments in the ICT Sector and prepared to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Purpose of the position:
To monitor, investigate and analyse compliance to licence conditions and applicable legislation including quality of service parameters.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Carrying out inspections on service providers to determine compliance to license conditions and legislative requirements.
· Monitoring compliance with terms and conditions of approved products and services.
· Monitoring compliance with established broadcasting code.
· Issues periodic reports on compliance issues.

Qualifications and Experience:
-The incumbent should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent.
-The incumbent should also have 3 years’ experience in a relevant area.
-Experience in the broadcasting sector will be an added advantage.
