Title of post: Country Programme Manager
Base: Maseru, Lesotho
Salary: L346, 361

Terms: This is a fixed term contract initially until 31 March 2016.
The Country Programme Manager will be responsible for developing high quality programmes in Lesotho working with both new and existing partners. The post holder will also be responsible for generating funding for our programmes in Lesotho. In addition, the post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of all aspects of Skillshare International’s programme in Lesotho
The successful post holder will have experience in securing funding from donors; experience of international programme management and an understanding of developmental issues.
Title of post: Programme Supervisor – ICS (maternity cover)
Base: Maseru, Lesotho
Salary: L241, 311
Ref: PSL
Terms: This is a maternity cover position, currently due to end on 30th November 2015.
The Programme Supervisor will be responsible for the delivery in-country of the International
Citizen Service volunteering project including the management of young people from the UK and host country in an international development context. To be responsible for supporting team leaders and volunteers by providing them with programme management, pastoral support and facilitating their learning during their action projects.
