ADMINISTRATION CLERK
Security Unlimited is a leading security services company in Lesotho and has a vacancy for
the three (3) positions of Administration Clerk.
Tasks and Key responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers, employees and other individuals
• disseminate or explain information
• Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages
• Compile, copy, sort and file, records of office activities and other activities
• Operate office machines such as photocopiers, facsimile machines
• Compute, record and proofread data and other information such as records or reports
• Maintain and update filing, mailing and database systems either manually or using
computers.
• Sort and route incoming mail, and prepare outgoing mail
• Manage and issue office stationery and order supplies
• Any other tasks that may be assigned
Skills and Requirements
• Customer and personal service knowledge
• Administrative and clerical knowledge
• Good English (Written and Spoken)
• Active listening
• Organising, planning and prioritising work
• Ability to handle stress
• Good interaction with computers (Microsoft package: word, excel and access)
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Establishing, maintaining interpersonal relationships
Educational requirements and experience:
• A COSC (or equivalent plus a Diploma in Business Studies or any other equivalent
qualification
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.
