(Fixed-term Contract)
Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants who will be required to carry out a variety of administrative/clerical tasks in the Environmental section.
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Ensure data is captured correctly
• Capture and monitor the end-to-end process
• Carry out a variety of clerical duties of a routine nature
• Record, prepare, sort, file and classify information
• Participate in incident investigations and assist with non-compliance issues.
Minimum requirements:
• Grade 12
• 2 years’ experience as an Administration Clerk
• Computer literacy in MS Office suite - PowerPoint and Excel are essential
• Experience in a related mining background will be an added advantage
• Valid driver’s licence.
Other skills/competencies:
Good communication skills.
