Technical Solutions Provider - Soft Rock
The role
To identify customer needs, source resources / solutions and provide feedback / follow-up to the customer.
Key performance areas
- Provide feasible solutions to reduce the number of hours, that machines waiting for parts.
- Assist Key Parts Coordinator on a daily basis with segment technical related shortcomings to add value to segment customers
- Compose local technical bulletins from information arising from parts issues
- Build new recommended parts lists for the following product lines, per annum: Continuous Mining Machines; Flameproof Loaders & Coal Bolters
- Review all recommended parts lists per annum, for all segments.
- To work as one team in CSC, according to the teamwork values.
Your profile
- Matric qualification (Grade 12) and N3 minimum with Trade Qualification
- Proven competence in computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Must be fully bilingual
- 3 to 4-years technical underground / surface or construction machine experience
- Experience in mining and technical background
- 2-years experience in technical support environment
- Consideration & preference to disabled
- Team player
- Communication skills
