The role
To drive sales for a Product Area Surface Drillsby bringing the best of Sandvik’s offering to meet a given customer need and to meet BA Mining profitability targets. Focus A global equipment product line in a given sales area.

- Matric/N3
 - Certificate of competence (Mine Manager) - advantageous
 - Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical)

 - 1SGL (Sandvik Global Leadership Program)
 - Computer literacy (including relevant programs)
 - Situational Leadership
 - Code B license, Valid Equipment license
 
Experience
- Experience in Mine planning and scheduling (5 years)
 - Experience in Sales and Marketing (5 years)
 - Management / Supervisory experience (7 years)
 - English proficiency
 - Experience in key account management
 - Experience in mining applications (Specifically Surface Mining)
 
Other Requirements
- Physical & Medical ability to function in an surface mining environment
 - May be required to travel
 - Willingness to relocate (Based on operational requirements)
 - Psychometric assessments
 - Make reference to the relevant competency matrix requirements
