Letšeng seeks to engage a qualified professional with the appropriate skills and aptitude to fill the position of HR Officer.
JOB PURPOSE: Reporting to the HR Superintendent, the HR Officer will provide HR service to the management and employees of Letšeng in respect of Manpower related HR functions.
MAIN OUTPUTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee engagement and business partnering
Innovative recruitment, selection, placement and termination
Responsible for the entire recruitment process as per the policy and procedure
Keeps a finger on the pulse of trends within the HR field to advise management of best HR practices and maintains the company’s recruitment process on a competitive edge
Retains overall responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Ensures appropriate report generation from the VIP system to inform management decision making
Prepares and submits accurate and timeous payroll monthly input
Ensures that the exit policy and procedure is properly implemented for all separations
Complies with HSE policies
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Degree in Human Resources or related field
3 years relevant generalist HR experience in a medium to large organisation
Light Vehicle Driver’s Licence
