VACANCY
Title:Admin Assistant
Responsible to:Finance Officer
Job Summary To provide administrative support for all activities of the Organization in an effective manner, giving regard to the needs of members, constrains of donors and available time.
Duties and Responsibilities 
Responsible for all facets of Office Administration; 
Obtaining quotations, Preparing Purchase Orders, Checking invoices and writing out payment documents and entering them into the finance system
Maintaining petty cash
Maintaining Fund Collection Tin System
Preparing annual leave, staff sickness and absence records
Providing admin support during recruitment
Maintaining vehicles and all related issues
Filling of finance and admin documentation
Ensuring that Vehicle Log Books are maintained
Maintains the Asset Register
Writing minutes during staff meeting and make them available to all staff members
Deliver and receive official mails with proper record.

Perform any other duties as would be required by the Finance Officer.

Qualifications, Experience and Competences
The incumbent must posses a Certificate or Diploma in accounting or any other related fields
Computer literacy in Microsoft word, excel and other financial Software packages
Must have at least 1 year experience in a relevant field.
Must have valid drivers license
