Basotho Enterprises Development Corporation (BEDCO) which renders assistance to indigenous small scale Enterprises invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following vacant position;
Executive Head Finance & Administration
The incumbent will be a Strategic thought partner, and will report to the Chief Executive Officer. He/ She will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas; Finance, Administration, Human Resources and Supply Chain.
Duties/Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
Oversight of the performance of the Corporation against the Budget throughout the year.
Preparation of written reports of activities and financial position of the Corporation for discussion and presentation to the Board.
Management and Sourcing of Funding for the Corporation.
Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, by liaising with external auditors and Finance Committee of the Board.
Ensure that the financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirements.
Identify the operational and Financial Risk.
Oversee all Administration, Human Resource and Supply Chain functions of the Corporation to ensure efficient and consistent operations as the Corporation scales.
Qualifications and Experience
CA/CIMA/ACCA and be a member of a Lesotho Institute of Accountants, plus 3years experience at Management level.
