SUMMARY:
Under the general Supervision of the Human Resources Officer, the Driver should ensure that the Service Providers are driven safely from LPPA to outreach areas in Maseru and Berea districts.
MAIN DUTIES
1. Takes charges of the Association Vehicle
2. Keeps vehicle clean and tidy
3. Serves as a Guard of the vehicle while it is still on duty
4. Ensures safety and custody of the Vehicle, including tools
5. Ensures availability of all the required documents including Vehicle insurance, registration, logs, first aid kit and necessary spare parts are in the assigned vehicle

JOB SUMMARY
The Nursing Assistant is directly responsible to the Nursing Sister for secondary routine clinic jobs in order to relieve Registered Nurses so that they can give more time to their professional duties, and in the absence of the Nursing Sister, the Nursing Assistant takes the responsibility of day to day running of the clinic.
MAIN DUTIES
1. Assists Nursing Sister to implement the clinical aspects of the clinic and the outreach activities.
2. Cares for and treats clients as directed by the Registered Nurse
3. Prepares clients for and assists with examinations.
4. Administers injections and Contraceptives, and performs related tasks as directed.
5. Maintains records of vital statistics and other pertinent data of clients.
6. Cleans and sterilizes instruments and equipment, and maintains stock of supplies.
7. Prepares and submits monthly reports timely to the Supervisor.
Qualification/Experience
• Trained Nursing Assistant with at least one year experience in the relevant field
• NGOs experience is an added advantage

Responsible Person: Monitoring Service Delivery Coordinator
Purpose of the job: To plan, deliver, and co-ordinate peer education training and facilitate peer education activities in Maseru and Berea.
Main Duties:
1. Plan, prepare and deliver courses /training according to the training requirements.
2. Conduct training to peer groups in Maseru and Berea.
3. Draw a weekly plan for Peer education activities in the outreach areas
4. Liaise with POIEC, MSDC and Senior Nurses to undertake regular health talks, educational sessions and promotional activities for SRH in the outreach areas.
5. Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials for peer education.
6. Liaise with LPPA facilities and DHMTs to provide Sexual and Reproductive Health services to young girls and young women.
7. Identify and Analyse training needs to develop new training programs.
8. Prepare budget for training.
9. Prepare and submit monthly reports to supervisor.
10. Monitor progress of the Peer education program.
11. Maintain individual training record.
12. Provide performance improvement feedback to the supervisor.
13. Perform any other duties as may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Must have a Diploma in Social Sciences
• Must have background knowledge of LPPA
• Experience working/volunteering in the area of SRH
• Being a trained Peer Educator will be an added advantage

Job Title: Nursing Sister x10

Responsible to: Senior Nurse
JOB SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the Senior Nurse, the Nursing Sister will be responsible for effective and efficient implementation of the clinic activities. Nursing Sister will ensure that activities done in the clinic conform to the required standards and that no activities undermining the image of LPPA are performed.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implements the clinical aspects of the Clinic.
• Keeps and maintains records of drugs, equipment and contraceptives used in the clinic.
• Provides counseling to clients and dispense appropriate drugs to clients.
• Undertakes monthly, quarterly, half year and annual reporting of the clinic activities and will submit these to the Senior Nurse.
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by supervisor and which fall within the purview of the duties and responsibilities expected of the Nursing Sister.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
• Qualified Nurse/Midwife with at least three years post qualification experience.
• Clinical knowledge and practical skills in the areas of SRH and HIV and AIDS. HTC training will be an added advantage.
• NGOs experience is an added advantage
