Qualifications and Knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/ media studies/ marketing or equivalent
• Diploma in media studies/ journalism/ marketing with at least 5 years relevant
experience

both Sesotho and English

Experience
• At least 3-5 years relevant experience working experience in marketing or business

2. Regional Legal Officer (1)
Key Result Areas:
• Full and proper use of alternative dispute resolution methods;
• Alternative dispute resolution services provided timely, effectively and efficiently
such that instances of litigation are reduced or avoided;
• Achieve a high level of success in court matters;
• Provide accurate legal advice; and
• Timely and accurate reporting of progress on alternative dispute resolution and
court cases.
Qualifications and Knowledge:
• LLB degree and admitted as an advocate or an attorney of the High Court of
Lesotho
• Knowledge of ADR Methods
• Post-Graduate qualification in Labour Law will be an added advantage
Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of the land law of Lesotho, litigation and alternative dispute
resolution
• Ability to communicate effectively, non-judgemental and even-handedly with
both parties in a dispute
• Competency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience:
• At least two(2) years working experience in litigation, preferably in a reputable law
firm or in a public institution; and
• Two (2) years working experience in applying ADR methods, preferably in land
related matters.
• Two (2) years driving experience in the mountainous region of Lesotho
3. Data Clerk (1)
Key Result Areas:
• Timely scanning of documents and capturing of data into SOLA/LMS.
• Maintenance of daily logs of activities
• Provision of accurate information on registered documents.
• Timely provision of statistical reports.
Skills and Competencies:
• Computer literacy and ability to use scanners, copiers and other office equipment.
• Competency in the use Microsoft Word and Excel and Data Entry Skills;
• Must be able to write legibly and neatly.
• Be a self – motivated and diligent staff member.
• Ability to follow detailed verbal or written instructions accurately.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work;
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications and Knowledge:
• Diploma in Office Management or related tertiary education
• Working knowledge of land regularisation and administration procedures and
practice.
Experience:
• At least one (1) year experience in land registration, data capturing or legal studies.

• Timely provision of information ;
• Efficient and accurate scanning of all the incoming mediation and court
documents; and
• Timely filing of court process and source documents.

• Knowledge and experience of ADR methods, litigation and legal research will be

Experience
• At least one (1) year’ experience of network support, including help desk
management
