REQUIREMENTS:
• National Diploma/degree in Commerce, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or Public Admin with between 5-10 years’ experience in the field of which 2 years should have been at a supervisory position/Grade 12 with more than 10 years’ experience of which 3 years should have been at a supervisory position
• Knowledge and understanding of the Procurement Policy Framework Act and PFMA, Treasury Regulations and Supply Chain Management
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy especially spreadsheets (MS Office package)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills.
