Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) is a USA based Organization with public health programs around the World. It creates a future of hope for children and families worldwide by eradicating pediatric AIDS, providing care and treatment for people with HIV and AIDS, and accelerating the discovery of new treatments for other serious and life threatening pediatric illnesses. EGPAF`s work is funded through private donations, PEPFAR via the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)), UNICEF, UNITAID, Cepheid etc.

Senior Finance Manager (X1)

JOB SUMMARY
• Supervises the Finance & Accounting teams
• In liaison with EGPAF Head Quarters, is responsible for management of day to day financial management & accounting systems of the country office
• Assesses finance policies and procedures on an ongoing basis to identify and propose new policy changes and also ensure compliance of existing
Foundation policies, procedures as well as Donor requirements.
• Oversees preparation of all Donor financial reports and maintenance of all financial records
• Leads annual budget development and oversees budget management
• Responsible for the following; payroll management, timely processing of cash requests, working with banks on any services related Foundation accounts, manages month end close activities and compliance with all related GOL applicable laws etc.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
BA in Accounting plus MBA/CA qualification

EXPERIENCE
5-7 years of experience at the level of Finance Manager within a Donor funded project related environment
Experience working in USG funded projects will be an added advantage
Excellent IT skills & analytical skills
